As the leader of a digital team at Panduit, I led a website redesign project focused on improving the customer experience to drive conversions. Working collaboratively with a UX Manager, SEO Manager, Digital Designers, Developers, and Analytics Managers, we identified and addressed various Ui/UX issues on the site.

Our goal was to enhance the overall user experience, increase engagement, and ultimately drive more conversions. By improving the search box visibility, introducing a modern “lightbox” display, and redesigning the product page interface, we were able to create a more user-friendly experience for our customers, which led to significant improvements in key metrics such as reduced bounce rate and increased click-through rates. The Process

To achieve our goal of improving the overall user experience on Panduit’s website, I utilized a strategic process that involved collaboration with a cross-functional team consisting of a UX Manager, SEO Manager, Digital Designers, Developers, and Analytics Managers. This process included the following steps:

  1. We identified the business problem of low engagement and conversions due to poor user experience, which led to our goal of improving site search usage, reducing bounce rate, and increasing engagement.
  2. We conducted user research to gain insight into pain points and areas of improvement for the website.
  3. We analyzed data to identify key metrics that needed improvement, such as site search usage, bounce rate, and time spent on the site.
