At Cherwell, I led the revamp of our lead scoring model, collaborating closely with sales teams to ensure alignment with business objectives. This involved a comprehensive redevelopment of buyer personas, identification of key assets and activities indicative of buyer intent, and the seamless integration of these insights into both Marketo and Salesforce. The result was a more sophisticated lead scoring system that enabled more accurate lead qualification and improved sales productivity.

Similarly, at Nile and Repligen, I spearheaded the implementation of lead scoring models from the ground up, leveraging the capabilities of Salesforce and Pardot to automate lead qualification and routing processes. By customizing scoring criteria based on our unique business requirements and buyer journey stages, we were able to prioritize leads based on their readiness to engage, thereby optimizing our sales and marketing efforts.

Currently, at Repligen, I’m leading efforts to re-establish our lead scoring infrastructure to align with our three-year demand generation strategy. Working closely with my team, as well as partners at Salesforce and our IT department, we’re refining our lead scoring algorithms and criteria to ensure they reflect the evolving needs of our business and the changing dynamics of our target market.

A personal goal was to complete the first of my SFDC certifications, however, Repligen has taken the opportunity away for this year due to budget cuts in that area.
